Message from the Master

Friends and Brothers,

Fellowship Lodge #687 meets the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month. Refreshments and fellowship begin at 6:00 PM and the Lodge opens at 7:00 P.M. All Master Masons are invited to enjoy good food and the fellowship of our fraternity. We are going to have a very busy year and invite every Mason to participate.

Our 23rd annual charity golf tournament is May 2, 2012. We usually have enough players and always need more sponsors. If you know of anyone wishing or able to be a sponsor, then please encourage them to do so. See the golf page for details.

Our continued challenge this year is to obtain the necessary funds to begin construction of our new Masonic Temple on property at the corner of Crutchfield Street and Duke Street in Durham. The building on Watts Street has been sold. Knap of Reeds Lodge has allowed us to meet in their building until our new home is complete. Please come to the Lodge or contact any officer with your suggestions and help.

Fraternally,
Ricky E. Moser, Master
